Drew brings a hard-nosed approach to the mental and physical components of Iron Fit training. A former CrossFit trainer and coach, Drew has been helping clients build their bodies into injury resistant machines for the last decade. He understands firsthand how the right training can transform your body, having used this style of multi-disciplinary training to recover after being wounded during his last deployment.
Drew also understands how to motivate people - he ran a platoon, and knows how to get you where you want to be. He takes the time to get to know you - your tendencies, your injuries and history - so he can correct your form and help you train your body to recover from and resist injury.
Behind that hard exterior is plenty of passion, compassion, and purpose. Drew is invested in community, loves working with youth, and is definitely not as scary as he looks.
