IRON FIT'S STYLE OF TRAINING IS ADAPTABLE TO EVERY BODY
MULTI-DISCIPLINARY . MULTI-DIMENSIONAL . MULTI-GENERATIONAL
Coach Drew looks at everyone who walks through the door as an athlete
He believes in empowering you to believe in yourself
Your body is a machine - and his goal is to help you learn to move it well
(and inevitably, your machine will look better in the process!)
Each individual presents different challenges, and Drew takes the time to get to know each person's athletic backgrounds, injuries, and abilities so he can tailor the fitness program to improve their physical functioning and build injury resistance.
Iron Fit has changed my life. I love the different workouts that push me out of my comfort zone and make me feel stronger at 50 than I did at 30! - Ali, Selinsgrove

Drew Hagerman brings a hard-nosed approach to the mental and physical components of Iron Fit training. A former CrossFit trainer and coach, Drew has been helping clients build their bodies into injury resistant machines for the last decade. He understands firsthand how the right training can transform your body, having used this style of multi-disciplinary training to recover after being wounded during his last deployment.
Drew also understands how to motivate people - he ran a platoon, and knows how to get you where you want to be. He takes the time to get to know you - your tendencies, your injuries and history - so he can correct your form and help you train your body to recover from and resist injury.
Behind that hard exterior is plenty of passion, compassion, and purpose. Drew is invested in community, loves working with youth, and is definitely not as scary as he looks.
Get ready for direction, discipline...and Dad jokes.
TAKE A CLASS
Ready to find out if Iron Fit is right for you?
your first class is free
If you are new to fitness or have never tried a multi-disciplinary style of training - we offer a free first class so you can check us out. Plan to arrive 15 minutes early so you can meet Coach Drew and discuss your athletic background, any concerns, and history of injury.
You don't need much to prepare for your first session
1. Wear comfortable athletic clothing
2. Bring a coachable mindset
3. Leave your ego at the door
If you have never trained before or are deconditioned, you have come to the right place. The benefit of Iron Fit is that everything is done for you. We warm you up, guide you through the exercises, and modify the training to fit your abilities.
If you're a more seasoned athlete, be sure to bring that coachable mindset. Drew is a healthcare professional who puts a significant focus on training you for proper form and injury resistance. That might mean lightening the weights in order to correct form, or doing things a little different than you have in the past.
In order to get something you've never had,
you must be willing to do something you've never done
